| Welcome to the official site of the Santa Barbara Motorcycle Club! The Club was originally founded in 1924 and it is meant to represent both dirt and street riders in Santa Barbara County. This website was created as a mean to share Club related information and activities to its members as well as recruiting more riders to its ranks. And to keep up with your fellow members please join the SBMC Yahoo Forum. The main purpose for the Club has been a keen dedication to keeping public lands open for recreational uses, locally as well as nationally. Rides, both local and not so local, are periodically organized giving an opportunity for members to meet more people and share their riding passion with others. Lots of cool rides are being planned for 2006! Check them out on the Event's Page, come help us plan them and get a chance to experience great riding with great people! The SBMC meets on a monthly basis to discuss political issues and plan new rides. All members, and all those interested in becoming members, are welcome to the meetings. Please join us in our effort to maintain our (slowly disappearing) right to ride on public lands! Print the Application and come to the next Monthly Meeting.
